Transformation lab

 For this assignment I was asked to create an animation that explained the Transformation lab. click here to see the animation

In this lab what we start with is an LB Agar plate that has pre-sterilized E.coli and and one vile with flourescent DNA with ampicillin resistance. as you can see in the image to the left. 

  For the ending product you will get something like the image above that demonstrates how the three plates will end.    

  What I did was create an animation that demonstrates how to do an transformation lab.
I had a difficult time remembering what Transformation was but after I saw a protocol I managed to remember what Transformation is.

Prototype for UI Science Animation 2

This is a sample of how the science animation will work... what the navigation will do is that when you click on the play button the animation will start the display of  how to do the streaking for the bacteria process.

The second progress of the animation is that the animation will demonstrate how to do the streaking and how would the finished product will look like.

Some of the good techniques I used were:
Alignment : How I kept the text on the right of the page also the navigation is on a constant site as well as the navigation it constantly stays on the centered right side of the page.

Graphics: The way I created the graphics was somewhat that shows how the finished product will look like and so you could get an idea of the tools that we use in this lab.

Repetition: The way I keep the title and the drawings in the center top of the page and the consistent word font that I put on.
